First lot taken in Churchill Section of Portofino.
We have not even started and already we have a lot reserved. A couple came out yesterday and walked the first phase of Churchill. They picked one of the best lots out here, up on a plateau overlooking the woods and they will have great sunsets from their front porch.
The power lines are going in this week and hopefully homes soon after that. Jordan Built Homes are planning to build three homes and possibly have them finished by Christmas!!
The homes for sale in Churchill in Portofino will be in the $290,000-$390,000 price range. Ranch plans, some with upstairs bonus rooms and bedroom.
