Corker Enterprises

Steve and Brenda Corker make up the team of Corker Enterprises. Steve handles all the construction aspects while Brenda takes care of all the office duties. The duo has done everything together since they were married 38 years ago, including drag racing, bass fishing, hunting, and bowling. Now, when they are not enjoying the outdoors they are busy continuing the family building business that was taught to Steve by his father some 45+ years ago.

Steve Corker and company have been building in the Clayton area since 1986. He has won many gold awards in the Johnston County Parade of Homes, as well as made hundreds of home owners’ dreams possible by building energy efficient, top quality homes at affordable prices. Steve is well known for his hands on approach and attention to every small detail. Also the service after the sell is of most importance to Steve and Brenda Corker.

They live in Cooper Farms subdivision where theyactually built most of the homes. Now if that’s not proof of doing it right, what is? Steve’s philosophy is that if you treat every home as if it were your own, then everybody will be satisfied. Also no matter what the size or dollar amount of the project, the main goal is to make his clients happy.

Word of mouth is how Steve has built his business from being an all around carpenter, to framing contractor, to builder. Steve and company do not have a big office and advertisement expenses which mean lower housing cost. If you would like to check out Corker Enterprises just ask for references and they will be glad to supply you with dozens of clients, business and personal contacts upon your request. They feel the more you know about them the better the chances of earning your business.

They would truly desire to be the builder of your next or maybe even your first home. Either way, they promise to deliver the very best money can buy and most of all the very best service anywhere in the world.
