Beginning on July 1st 2023, Towne Properties took over management responsibilities for Portofino. If residents need any assistance, they should begin reaching out to the following individuals:
Sabina is the overall Association Manager who is responsible for general inquiries, questions about Bylaws or CCRs, and for preparing materials that are delivered to residents. Sabina is on-site at Portofino every Tuesday at the Lodge Clubhouse from 8:30-12:30pm on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Tuesday of the month, and from 3pm - 7pm on the 4th Tuesday of the month.

Aleahsia is the Service Administrator who assists in managing the community. She can assist with making payments/setting up your account, general inquiries and community access.

John handles the resident dues payments and would be the person to contact with questions about how to pay your dues.

Normal working hours for Towne Properties are Mon. – Thurs., 8:30am – 5:30pm, and Fri. 8:30am – 1:00pm. Offices are closed on the weekends. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
