Our Management Team
Beginning on July 1st 2023,
Towne Properties took over management responsibilities for Portofino. If residents need any assistance, they should begin reaching out to the following individuals:
Sabina is the overall Association Manager who is responsible for general inquiries, questions about Bylaws or CCRs, and for preparing materials that are delivered to residents.
LaToya is the Service Administrator who assists in managing the community. She can assist with making payments/setting up your account, general inquiries and community access.
Working Hours
Normal business hours for Towne Properties are Mon. – Thurs., 8:30am – 5:30pm, and Fri. 8:30am – 1:00pm. Offices are closed on the weekends. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
On-Site Support
As of January 1st, 2026, our contract with Towne Properties no longer includes on-site support.
