Beginning on July 1st 2023, Towne Properties took over management responsibilities for Portofino. If residents need any assistance, they should begin reaching out to the following individuals:
 
 
Sabina Bell
Association Manager

Sabina is the overall Association Manager who is responsible for general inquiries, questions about Bylaws or CCRs, and for preparing materials that are delivered to residents.
 
LaToya Williams

LaToya is the Service Administrator who assists in managing the community.  She can assist with making payments/setting up your account, general inquiries and community access. 
 
 
 
Working Hours
 
Normal business hours for Towne Properties are Mon. – Thurs., 8:30am – 5:30pm, and Fri. 8:30am – 1:00pm. Offices are closed on the weekends. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
 
 
 
On-Site Support
 
To better assist residents with a variety of needs, a representative from Towne Properties will be on-site at Lodge Clubhouse during the following days/times:
  • on the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 3:00pm - 7:00pm
  • on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 8:30am -12:30pm.
