Beginning on July 1st 2023, Towne Properties took over management responsibilities for Portofino. If residents need any assistance, they should begin reaching out to the following individuals:
Dawn Dowler
Association Manager
Dawn is the overall Association Manager who is responsible for general inquiries, questions about Bylaws or CCRs, and for preparing materials that are delivered to residents.
Aleahsia Wyatt
Assistant Community Manager
Aleahsia is the Service Adminstrator who assists in managing the community.  Aleahsia is on-site at Portofino every Thursday at the Lodge Clubhouse from 10am - 2pm on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Thursday of the month, and from 3pm - 7pm on the 4th Thursday of the month.
John Slaton
Accounts Receivable Specialist
John handles the resident dues payments and would be the person to contact with questions about how to pay your dues.
Normal working hours for Towne Properties are Mon. – Thurs., 8:30am – 5:30pm, and Fri. 8:30am – 1:00pm. Offices are closed on the weekends. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
